Pelvis

The pelvis is an anatomical bony structure found in humans (see human pelvis) or in animals. It contains the large compound bone structure at the base of the spine that supports the legs. It consists of hip bone, sacrum and coccyx.

The synsacrum is a skeletal structure, mainly described in birds and dinosaurs.
