Deep linking - Concepts and Practice

Those links on a site that directs visitors to an internal page (or article) from another site (except homepage), are called deep links. In the case of affiliations, a deep link is extremely useful because it allows the owner of the site to recommend a product / service from a trader online, such exemption visitor browsing through the site operator and sending it directly to the page product / service. The links can be more powerful

From my point of view, a deep link correctly positioned within the text of a page, can be more effective than a banner image placed on top of a site (this being the most common position for banners). I refer to the number of clicks, but the number of sales. In other words, this rule does not apply only to programs CPA / CPS, because if CPC, the main aim is to obtain clicks.

Turning first aspect is that the link between text page and the product recommended (increase the possibility of carrying out a transaction). If the visitor is interested in the subject discussed, and security will be interested in a link related context. Contextual ads (like Google Adsense Program), tried to establish this link and largely succeeded, but why not increase the efficiency of using a deep contextual link added manually, so as to have a safety perfect relationship? Yes, I agree that we must work more in the advert, but safety will be positive effects from this effort.

Of course, a widget with the most sold products or promotional offers from the site of a merchant, have exceptional results, because the consumer is attracted to such statistics, and site owner needs to take advantage of this thing, but talk about that, broadly, in a future article.
